Automatic Receipts
You receive email receipts for all payments, including:
- Subscription payments
- Credit pack purchases
Retrieving Invoices
Access Billing Profile
Navigate to your profile in the lower left corner of the Hedra application and select Billing.
Download Invoice
In the Invoice History section, locate the specific transaction you need. Click on it to trigger a download popup for your receipt or invoice.
You can access your complete payment history at any time through the Billing section. No need to search through emails!
