Accessing Plan Options
Locate the red icon that displays your credit total in the bottom left-hand corner of your Hedra account. This icon provides access to both plan upgrade and credit purchase options.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click Upgrade
Select the upgrade option to see available subscription tiers.
Compare Options
Use the toggle switch to compare monthly versus annual billing options.
Select a Plan
Choose your desired plan and proceed to checkout.
Subscription modifications take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. For expedited changes, contact the support team.
Purchasing Credit Packs
Click Buy Credits
Select the credit purchase option.
Choose Pack Size
View available pack sizes and select your desired amount.
Complete Purchase
Finalize your transaction through checkout.
Credit packs are available immediately - you won’t have to wait for the new billing cycle, unlike plan changes.
